I’ve known Christine for over 15 years and I was delighted to hear that she wanted to start a new business in Home Staging. Following Brexit, I had work obligations here in the UK and I did not have the time to return to France to rent out my one-bedroom apartment in Cap d’Ail.

Christine began by decluttering, she arranged storage for some of the items and she also shipped some items to the UK. She then rearranged each room and the way she mixes colour and texture is unique and the finished look certainly made the apartment more welcoming.

She also took care of various maintenance issues, making the apartment completely ready to host short and long-term rentals. She went above and beyond taking care of every detail. She compiled a welcome pack in various languages which contained useful information such as how to use the appliances. In addition, tourist information was also included, which was greatly appreciated by guests.

I managed to rent my flat easily since then. I literally could not have completed the task myself. Her hands-on approach meant that I was kept informed along the way and I had the peace of mind knowing that my apartment was in good hands..
