Before/After…
Here a small balcony with two very distinct makeovers… A bucolic decor option and a minimalist staging for holiday rentals. A bucolic decor option and a minimalist staging for holiday rentals. On a limited surface like this, it is better to opt for small practical furniture and if possible modular!
The minimalist version envisaged for holiday rentals remains basic but welcoming with this inviting sofa and this fake grass. As for the bucolic decor, it is more loaded and flowery, but also perhaps more romantic.
Note that the furniture is exactly the same in these two versions…
The small sofa can swap into a real dining table for 4! Smart, and so practical 😉 Cherry on the cake, the transformation only takes a minute since you just have to remove the seat which now serves as a bench and flip the sofa forward so that its backrest becomes a table! I only upgraded the table a little bit to make it more interesting.
Less space obviously when all the elements are separated, but also three very distinct spaces for only 9sqm, and once the chair is stored under the table you still can move around easily!
For sure, a more poetic setting, which tells another story… perhaps a little more flowery than the previous one.
