Here is a case study in Cambridge, North East London, which required to partially stage a 3bedroom show home for the promotion of an empty development of new homes.
This case study was carried out during my training with CHSSP for a deepening of the 3D software, as well as for an overall control of the costs and deadlines involved for a demanding and rushed client: a developer based in London. The furniture selected has been quoted for a two months rental basis, time to sell the new build homes.
The goal was to give a precise approach of the chosen style, of the design and the foreseen layout, taking into consideration the volumes of each room to be staged, but also the neighborhood and the main clientele, while keeping in mind the tight deadlines and budget.
